“A total of 25 submittals were received on January 22,2010 responding to a solicitation for qualifications from contractors to develop a prequalified list of contractors for home Rehabilitation or home Reconstruction for the Harris County Homeowners Disaster Recovery Program. After an evaluation of the submittals in accordance with the criteria contained in the solicitation the following contractors were prequalified under the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction categories."
